I first met my next-door neighbor in the hallway when I was coming home after grocery shopping. I had two large shopping bags in my hands, and he leapt to help me. we talked in the elevator on the ride up and just clicked.

He looks younger than his age and comes off as a nice person even at a glance.

He is as tall as I am and looks very healthy, as he likes to work out. With his glasses, he looks studious as well.

He has good manners. and is a gentleman. He's always willing to help others. Whenever he runs into people, he greets them with a smile, and he likes to make small talk. i've never seen anyone as friendly as he is.
